A full‑time engineering executive with over 25 years of experience across the automotive, engineering, and automation industries, Sri works with professionals, emerging leaders, and students to help them connect personal growth with meaningful professional outcomes. Known for his thoughtful listening and practical perspective, he supports individuals as they clarify goals, navigate transitions, and build confidence in their next steps.

Sri’s coaching and teaching experience spans multiple settings, including coaching FIRST® Robotics teams at the elementary and middle school levels, guiding high school students through college preparation, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, and delivering leadership and technical workshops in corporate and professional environments. He is a member of the Maxwell Leadership team, where he continues to refine and strengthen his leadership coaching practice.
