Srinath Srivatsavan - known to students as Mr. S - brings years of hands‑on experience in engineering, leadership, and problem‑solving into every coaching conversation.

As a full‑time engineering executive with over 25 years in the automotive, engineering, and automation industries, Mr. S helps students connect academics to real careers. His experience spans coaching FIRST® Robotics teams at the elementary and middle school levels, guiding high school students through college preparation, teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, and delivering leadership and technical training in corporate and professional settings. He is also a member of the Maxwell Leadership team, continuously strengthening his leadership coaching practice.
